Sorry, because of the nature of instant downloads, I cannot accept refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges for digital items (regardless of whether or not the file has been downloaded). It's rare that someone returns an item, but even so I can't afford to eat all the expenses & shipping costs when they do. I'm just a mom working from home while taking care of her little ones. Unfortunately I must charge a restocking fee to cover the original shipping, packaging costs, labor, Etsy fees. (See additional policies about custom orders and canceled orders under the "payment" section above.). There is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE on returned items in original condition. If your item breaks while being shipped back to me you the buyer will need to file an insurance claim (if you purchased shipping insurance). I can't resell a broken item so I can't refund your order unless you ship me back an item in original /unbroken condition. Please get a tracking number and purchase insurance when you ship pack your item just in case your item breaks on it's way back to me. Amazon boxes are flimsy and do not provide protection since they are less sturdy after their first use. FYI reusing Amazon boxes leads to broken items. You can return items in your own new (not reused box) if the box is new and the same dimensions. The original shipping box must be used for the return as this box provides the adequate spacing and protection needed. For return shipping the bubble wrap must be tightly wrapped around the item and securely taped. The item being returned must be in it's original condition for me to issue you a refund. If you would like to exchange your purchase you will need to pay shipping on the new item. Just mail back your product within 14 days, at your expense, and I can send you a different item or I can give you a refund minus shipping fees after I receive the original product back unbroken and in new condition. Your purchase is refundable minus shipping fees. I accept returns of like new items if you contact me within the return window. When you buy from you you get an item with SMOOTH and VERY professional cuts to the glass. ** I use cold working glass cutting techniques and PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT not sting and fire or a bottle cutter. Since these goblets are made from repurposed Patron bottles labels may have slight imperfections. ** Since each goblet is made by hand, one at a time, there may be very slight height differences between goblets.
